What does it mean to be an organizational partner?
The vision of the OHT is to create a 'simplified and coordinated healthcare and community support system for all members of our diverse population.' There are three levels of partnership:
Anchor Partner
An Anchor Partner provides leadership and financial accountability within the OHT and may serve as a voting member of the Collaborative Leadership Committee. They collaborate on joint initiatives, share expertise, and actively support OHT projects, potentially including financial contributions.
Engaged Partner
Supportive Partner
A Supportive Partner is not actively involved in day-to-day OHT work but may contribute to initiatives related to their expertise. They stay informed through OHT communications and support the shared vision, values, and priorities without the same level of involvement as Anchor or Engaged Partners.
