Organizational Partners | ottawawestfourrivers.ca

What does it mean to be an organizational partner?

The vision of the OHT is to create a 'simplified and coordinated healthcare and community support system for all members of our diverse population.' There are three levels of partnership:

Anchor Partner

An Anchor Partner provides leadership and financial accountability within the OHT and may serve as a voting member of the Collaborative Leadership Committee. They collaborate on joint initiatives, share expertise, and actively support OHT projects, potentially including financial contributions.

Engaged Partner

An Engaged Partner participates on one or more Action Teams or Supportive Committees, contributing to planning and implementation. They provide informed input to the CLC, stay updated on OHT activities, and take part in member sessions to support and understand the work being done.

Supportive Partner

A Supportive Partner is not actively involved in day-to-day OHT work but may contribute to initiatives related to their expertise. They stay informed through OHT communications and support the shared vision, values, and priorities without the same level of involvement as Anchor or Engaged Partners.
