Need to find a family doctor or nurse practitioner? We can help.
We'll help connect you with doctors or nurse practitioners who are accepting new patients. You'll need a valid Ontario health card and a current mailing address.
East Region Virtual Care Clinic (ERVCC)
Need to see someone today? Get same-day virtual appointments.
Get virtual appointments across Ontario Health's East Region. You can use it whether or not you have a health card.
Champlain Screening Outreach
Don't have a family doctor? You can still book cancer screening.
Launched in July 2023, the Champlain Screening Outreach Program allows eligible individuals without a family doctor living in Eastern Ontario to access cancer screening.
